What we collect, how we use it, and — since it's the most sensitive thing we ever touch — exactly how Inbox Reset's mailbox access works.

1. What we collect

What we collect depends on which service you engage:

• Contact information you give us directly — name, email, phone — when you reach out or book.
• For Career Presence or The Full Reset: the resume, job posting, and career details you share with us so we can draft your materials.
• For Inbox Reset: temporary access to your mailbox, through an app password you generate, used only for the working session.

2. How Inbox Reset access works, specifically

Your mailbox is the most sensitive thing we ever touch, so it gets the strictest handling:

• Your app password goes straight into an encrypted credential store on the machine we work from — it's never shown on screen again, never saved to a file, never emailed or texted.
• Nothing is ever sent from your account, and nothing is kept. We work from a ranked cleanup list, and you approve every batch of actions before anything is touched.
• Financial, government, and account-security senders are flagged and never auto-actioned.
• At the end of every session, access is revoked in front of you, and the temporary tools used to do the work are deleted the same day.

3. How we use what we collect

Only to do the work you've hired us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. AI tools

We use Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) as an internal drafting tool. Your information is processed through it as part of how we do the work — you never interact with it directly, and everything is reviewed by Ann before it reaches you.

5. What we don't do

We don't run analytics or tracking cookies on this site today. If that ever changes, this page will say so.

6. How long we keep things

Career materials and correspondence are kept as long as needed to deliver your engagement and handle any follow-up, then deleted on request. Mailbox access credentials are never kept past the session, full stop.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we have on file for you, ask us to delete it, or ask any question about how your information is handled — email us using the details below.
